"This property is perfectly located within walking distance to town and SUNY Brockport. The house had everything we would need and we were appreciative of being able to bring our dog. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is soft and cozy. Love the water pressure in the shower. Plenty of space and easy access to multiple locations, be it the college, beach or Main Street. Cheryl was super responsive as well!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The home and property are beautiful, and the view of Lake Ontario is mesmerizing. The home was well stocked, although we could have used a couple more dish towels. We bought a dish drying mat and left it there for future guests. We enjoyed making s'mores at the firepit by the water's edge, and grilling some steaks on the back deck.
