"The hot tub was very nice, the included breakfast was super disappointing, the room was clean aside from small details such as the ceiling of the shower having some mold residue so i cleaned that myself on first night, the pool was full of hair and a lot of hair so only used it once during first day, overall was okay not the best and not the worst"

"I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away."

"They hadn’t switched HVAC to summer mode so AC wasn’t working. Room was very hot and was tough to sleep in. Figure that is really the only reason to stay at the hotel so, kind of an issue. They did have an automatic pancake maker so that was cool (pun intended).🙂"

"There is no bellman and no valet parking. It was a bit inconvenient when we arrived with lots of luggage. Lobby is on the 12th floor so I had To leave the car out front and go up to check in. The front desk woman was very helpful and met us in the parking garage with a cart for our luggage. Other than that the room was clean.
