There is a seawall and an amazing pier, but do not expect a beach or a good place to swim. The water is very murky and full of sargassum, and unfortunately a fair amount of trash. "We loved our stay at the Bayblue Cottage. Francis was super helpful and friendly with us getting checked in and giving us recommendations for our visit on the island. We loved the cottage, the view, the hammocks, the beach, and the bikes that were provided which helped us get around. We would definitely stay again! "

"We have stayed here twice now. The location is great for families with kids. The cottages are in a quiet yet convenient part of the island. The pool is a favorite of our grandkids. We had everything we needed to enjoy Caye Caulker. The kitchen was well appointed but the street food is so delish and reasonably priced who needs to cook? We will be back in the future."

"As mentioned by others, the property is fairly far from the center of the action, but at times this could be a good thing. A golf cart or bikes are suggested. Due to the proximity of the 4 units, privacy was not at a premium. The property was clean, had lots of storage space and towels and the manager was extremely responsive to any requests.
