"The staff here is amazing. The location is great if you like remoteness (like we do); makes sure to take some strong bug spray. The dock/pier is wonderful, and the snorkelling right off the end of it is amazing! "Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Sapphire resort. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive to any need. The tiki bar was fun. Our unit was extremely outdated. The only furniture in the living room was a futon that would slide apart every time you sat on it. The lawn furniture on the back deck was unusable due to weather deterioration."

"Firstly, Darryl, the property manager, does an exceptional job. He didn't just meet us and hand us a key. He personally gave us a tour of all the facilities and included a free Rum Punch at the wonderful TIKI bar on the premises while he gave us tips about the area. "We loved staying here. Short 3-5 minute walk to town for shopping. Restaurants and bars were even closer. Was close to everything. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. Very well maintained and equipped. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We will be back for sure. Property management (Jessi) was available anytime we had questions or needed suggestions."

"This property is managed by Vacasa and it's a nuisanse. When you're traveling you'd appreciate having all the information in one source. Unfortunately, in this case VRBO site merely redirects you elsewhere which is often inconvenient. They stay itself was pleasant. The staff was responsive and accomodating. We found the $15 AC surcharge a bit strange and actually a bit spoiling the impression. I doubt it's a good business model (we didn't take it)."

"El hotel es una belleza, a pesar de lo lejos que esta, lo ideal es planificar con tiempo el viaje y organizar los horarios para tener una experiencia satisfactoria, en cuanto al personal realmente son personas super serviciales, y definitivamente hacen que la estadia sea de esas que merecen dar una recomendacion, desde el momento en el que llegas al hotel se siente la amabilidad y el esfuerzo de cada uno de ellos por hacer que las vacaciones sean totalmente inolvidables, al principio estaba un poco molesta pues despues de reservar me di cuenta que habia que hacer un pago extra en el hotel de $45 dolares por noche por habitacion pero despues de ver todas las amenidades que se incluyen con ese pago extra vale la pena. Mis felicitaciones para todo el personal de hotel que definitivamente hacen la diferencia entre este y otros hoteles. "
