AC if needed, little fridge and microwave for leftovers, clean and functioning bathrooms, TV WIFI. The grounds have peaceful little areas to sit and read, pool on property for those days you wanna stay in. "I will stay here every time I go to Belize. This was my first trip and they made it very awesome. Beautiful amenities. Literally 30-40 yards to the ocean. One food spot we frequent was literally right outside the hotel/villa. Everything was in walking distance or you could use golf cart. No real need for car only if you leave to the airport. We drove the car only twice. "
