"This hotel is always welcoming. I like the peace of the location and the absence of the big chain feel. Staff are like family and hotel has character. This stay over Xmas was enjoyable and provided a good base for family visits. Breakfast is legendary and a great start to the day. ( I have one breakfast credit I will be back to claim 😊) Bed was comfortable and shower was good those are the big asks. It has a small bar area that is quaint. The only improvement would be some type of evening...

"Hotel du Vin has been refurbed since our last stay. It is gorgeous - our room and the communal areas. Much more space and I love the decor. The staff were lovely, the guy on reception organised hypoallergenic bedding for me and the lady behind the bar made wonderful martinis. It's just a whole package of loveliness. We will be back soon. "Upon arriving at Tylney Hall, we were met with the most friendly and helpful staff, one staff member opening the front door and greeting us was very good and then another member of staff behind the reception who was equally very good. Made us feel very welcome. Our room was an accessible room (no 54) it was the most huge beautiful room we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous as well. "Upon arrival at 13.45, our room was immediately available. The room was spacious with a large and comfortable double bed and a modern bathroom with power shower. The hotel was clean and spotless throughout and the staff were uniformly friendly and efficient. Highly recommended "

"Excellent team including Mandy on reception who explained we’d booked a room in The Grange (separate building), when we asked she offered an upgrade for a small extra fee, to the main house and showed us her favourite room (gorgeous view of park & ducks behind). Sanya in the restaurant was excellent- food was superb too. Advil at breakfast was great. Lovely comfortable room. Very happy. Thanks team! "
