A Soft Landing es un fant������stico retiro frente al mar con cuatro habitaciones, 3. 5 baños, ubicado en 16 Peppervine Trail ... ��y ahora es apto para perros!

Deléitese con las c��lidas brisas, los sonidos de las olas y las vistas despejadas del océano. Los adoradores del sol en su grupo estarán en el cielo en la amplia terraza del segundo piso que se extiende a lo largo de la casa. Debajo de este hay un porche cubierto (perfecto para mecerse o tomar siestas) y un porche con mosquitero.

En el interior, la sala de estar de dos pisos, llena de luz, se ve acentuada por los altos techos, las frondosas maderas y una hermosa chimenea. La planta abierta desemboca en el comedor con capacidad para ocho cómodamente a la mesa y m��s en la barra de desayuno adyacente. La cocina del chef cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, un montón de espacio de preparación de mostrador, un fregadero de granja y un enfriador de vino. Incluso cuenta con vistas al agua en dos lados!

El luminoso dormitorio principal, ubicado en este nivel, cuenta con una cama king de cuatro postes y acceso privado al porche, además de una vista inmejorable del Atlántico. El ba��������o principal privado en suite ofrece un profundo y hundido jacuzzi y una amplia ducha de azulejos con asientos en el banco.

Hay tres dormitorios adicionales arriba. Uno incluye una cama completa con ba�����o en suite, sala de estar privada y acceso a la cubierta. El segundo dormitorio de la reina tambi����n cuenta con acceso a la cubierta privada. El último dormitorio ofrece dos camas individuales. Los dos últimos dormitorios comparten un ba���o completo, convenientemente ubicado al otro lado del pasillo.

Very nice property, had a golf cart issue but that was quickly handled. Love the views, location, and pretty much everything about the house! I’ve used WWP’s on occasion for many years, always great customer service.

The house is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Renting through Wendy was a breeze and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall, it is well decorated and furnished. The home just needs some maintenance. Things are broken, paint is peeling, mold, etc. Nothing that will stop you from having a good vacation, but it sort of takes away from the overall experience.

Kitchen needs to be blown up and re-done. Layout has a lot of wasted space and illogical flow. Dirty, that is all I can say.

I spent ten days there and had 5 adult family members stay for the wedding weekend. Plenty of room for everyone. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of property is excellent and the property manager was responsive and helpful. The problem with this property is lack of investment by owners. The two golf carts had problems. On one, the motor was shot and the other had electrical problems that caused the lights to work only occasionally--a real problem at night. The property manager quickly gave us one of their carts, but that should not have been necessary. There is no comfortable outdoor furniture and the condition of what's there makes it unusable. Beautiful view, no where to sit. Dishwasher appears shot and took two runs to get things clean. We would never rent this house again.

Unfortuneately we happened to hit it at a week when several of the appliances gave out- dishwasher, dryer, golf cart, grill. We were compensated a bit and it was no one's fault, so I do understand. Some things happened while we were there, but some were pre-existing conditions and it would have been more professional to tell us upon check-in versus leaving us to find the dryer not working after washing our clothes and then not knowing what to do with them. Still a great house and a great time!
