"The hotel did not live up to the 10's that we had seen in reviews prior to booking our room. Our room overlooked the freeway and freeway noise was very loud in our room making it difficult to relax or sleep. While our room had a bathtub, there was no drain stopper. We were told they were on order for the entire hotel. I had to stuff a plastic bag in the drain. The hotel breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were very watery both days. "The grounds were beautifully kept up. The round "reading" gazebos were wonderful. As were the hanging chairs. The lodge we stayed in was also neat and tidy. However the TV/Cable didnt want to work after 9:30pm. Also after taking a shower there was quite a bit of water on the floor. It took a long time for the water to go down the drain."

"I didn’t like this hotel at all. It was very noisy at night, so it was hard to sleep. The kitchen didn’t even have a kettle, and the bathroom had no fan. The whole place had a very bad smell. The “breakfast” was disappointing too — only coffee and small cereal packets to take away. There was no proper breakfast, no fruit, no yogurt, and no other options. I would not stay here again."

"The room was okay cleanliness wise but the sheet had a burn hole, there was hair stuck to the shower wall, the toilet paper was half gone and rerolled poorly. The AC/Heater needed a new filter it also didn't want to heat up until we set it to almost 80. The seal around it was coming off letting air and small critters from outside in. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold there was no in between. There were 2 sets of pillows. 1 set was completely deflated and the 2nd was big and puffy and...

"They had everything we needed pots pans, dishes, full size fridge and cupboard space up above and down below. They didn't have a cot, but other than that staff was really great and helpful, not rude and condesecending like the last couple places we stayed at 🙄 also it's cool that you use a key card to get into the parking area.
