"Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. "

Cons: The breakfast and coffee was pretty horrible. We ended up having to buy our own coffee and breakfast somewhere else. They are pretty old school when it comes to the tv…. "Staff was amazing…room was clean, cozy with whimsical decor. Bed was super comfy. Had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Was in the perfect location to walk the glass bridge and visit the glass museum. Lemay car museum super close as well. "

"Relaxing place to stay but the 10 pm curfew needs to be upheld in someway. We’ve stayed here a few times and unfortunately it gets noisy in the evenings. Other than that…great place to stay "

"This is a really run-diwn, partially renovated, old hotel. Very basic, no frills. There were dirty dishes in the hallway, when i checked in - they were still there two days later. The lobby looks nice, its all smoke & mirrors."

"Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart."

"The room was okay cleanliness wise but the sheet had a burn hole, there was hair stuck to the shower wall, the toilet paper was half gone and rerolled poorly. The AC/Heater needed a new filter it also didn't want to heat up until we set it to almost 80. The seal around it was coming off letting air and small critters from outside in. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold there was no in between. There were 2 sets of pillows. 1 set was completely deflated and the 2nd was big and puffy and...
