Staff was professional, courteous and very friendly! The room was Great and maybe my favorite bed of any hotel I have ever stayed and we were on the Wizard World Comic Convention tour of the U.S.

A budget hotel and you get what you expect. It was clean, but there were a few cosmetic issues as I expected. The bathtub was chipped for example. I don't expect a budget hotel to run out to replace a chipped tub. All in all I had a great stay.

An unexpected $50 cash deposit was required before they would rent the room. There was ample parking but there was no sign saying the name of the hotel. Confusing!

Pet friendly the bed was comfortable everything else nasty out dated, stained, no trash can in the room. It sounded like the upstairs neighbor was going to come through the ceiling any time they moved in the room. The parking lot was littered with trash and tweakers doing drugs and who knows what in there cars in the lot.

Convenient to the freeway yet the room was quiet and did not hear the traffic. Refrigerator and microwave were easy to use and the Refrigerator held a bag of groceries. There was no bedside lamp in the room which made it difficult to turn off the light by the door and make it to bed safely. Bring a flashlight. The front counter staff did find an extension cord to plug in the charging cable for the phone. The only plug by the bedside was behind the bed. Bring cash for the deposit, not mentioned when I booked.

Very old, outdated, carpets were filthy, smelled funky, beds were clean, toilet was clean, towels were clean, but after that everything was disgusting

The room was only $71 the staff were very nice. The hotel is very old and has not been remodeled in a really long time. Ice machine was broken. carpets were really stained throughout the building and the rooms themselves were ok. Bathroom was clean. And the bed was pretty dang comfortable and also clean. The lamp shades were pretty gross and the toilet had chunks of porcelain that were missing on the lid. Overall it was fine for the price.

They required a $50 dollar cash only deposit. There policy gives you only 10 minutes to notify them whether your room is up to your standards, otherwise they will not change. When you check-out they make you wait while they go and check the room. They are not serving breakfast. They have signs about "if you are apprehended on these premises after dark, you will be charged with trespassing as well" (which is indicative of a transient or high crime motel). The fridge made a weird clicking sound all the time (like a metronome). Carpet had stains. Stairs were rickety. Furniture had burn holes. And parking lot looks like an ongoing homeless camp (vehicles with flat tires, garbage scattered, furniture just out in the open). On a positive note, the sheets and towels were clean.

Room Carpets smell like heavy urine and mold. Filthy rooms..refrigation loader than air conditioner. No TV service. I stayed for 3 nights. Vending machines and ice machine not operable. Floor carpet on all levels..filthy. Every night heavy weed smells in hall way. Even though the hotel fills up because of cheap rental...people shouldn't have to live like that. Can't imagine the contamination.

Ha ha jokes on me !! This is not a hotel for travelers. This is a homeless encampment. The pictures of the property are a complete fabrication and outdated (20 years). Please steer clear at all costs. The room doesn’t have ice, functional ac, coffee and phone for contacting the front desk. But it does have filthy carpets, cigarettes in the hallway and a disrespectful staff. Trust me, this place is beyond disgusting.
