The Space:
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you are creating a Texas-style barbecue feast or enjoying your morning coffee at the cozy breakfast nook, this space is both functional and visually appealing.
Step outside to the inviting outdoor area, where you can sip your morning coffee on the patio, spend time with friends and family, or soak up the Texas sun in the Cowboy Pool. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our South Austin neighborhood.
When it is time to rest, the well-appointed bedrooms provide a tranquil retreat for a good night’s sleep. Each room is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring plush beds, room-darkening shades, and tasteful decor inspired by Austin’s vibrant culture.

Located 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas (COTA), this property is the perfect home base for Formula 1 fans and attendees of major events who also want to experience the vibrant Austin life. Enjoy quick access to world-class racing, concerts, and entertainment, all while staying in comfort and style.
Our home is also just a couple blocks away from Rainey St. and walking distance (or a short drive) from Downtown and the Eastside. Finding ride shares or grabbing a scooter is made too easy in Austin. Being so central you'll have no troubles checking out all of the sites to see!
Other Things to Note:
Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!
House Rules:
- Occupancy [ 6 ]
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed in the premises. Fees may apply.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- The garage is accessible but guests will need to open it from the inside. (no code or clicker will be given)
- There is one parking spot in the driveway. Additional parking on the street is on a first come, first serve basis.
- A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am.
- No parties are allowed.
- Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- There is a fire pit on site for guest use. We kindly ask you to bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. You can check for burn bans on the Texas A&M Forest Service website.
- Please place all trash in the designated trash bins/cans. No plastic bags in recycling bins.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- There are security cameras on the exterior of the property. Please do not tamper with them.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
Pool Rules:
- The pool can be heated. Please notify us in advance if you want to utilize this feature.
- Cowboy pool should be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times.
- No glass or food is allowed around the pool area.
- Please place the covers back on the Cowboy Pool and the grill after each use.
- Please keep the fence gates closed at all times for water safety. (Cowboy Pool)
- For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
