"While our room was comfortable & great location - the staff need to work on their customer service. We weren't advised of our free room credit on check in & even when I confirmed it with staff, it wasn't applied at check out. until I reminded them again that we were over charged. Check out is 11am ..."

"When I opened the door to the room I was immediately hit with the sewer smell! The room was pitch black as the blackout curtains were drawn. A previous guest's room card folder was on the floor. Some of the light switches didn't work. The heat was difficult to adjust but I found an additional comforter. ..."

"it was an "almost" perfect experience .....everything was perfect ...till for some mysterious reason an obnoxious Sirene like sound , steady but dull in intensity started in the room in the middle of the night, which of course it woke us up . We couldn't find out the reason for it and how to stop ..."
