The community has deep roots in Atlanta’s transportation history, once home to the city’s first horse-drawn trolley line, and today its streets are still shaped by the historic railway that runs through the neighborhood.

Guest Access
The entire space is yours to enjoy—make yourself at home and settle in comfortably.
Check-in is completely self-service for your convenience. Guests may enter the building through either the front entry or the rear garage doors, both of which are equipped with secure smart keypads. Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code that will work on all exterior doors, including the garage.
In addition, you’ll be provided with a separate, auto-generated code specifically for your unit. This code is created through Point Central Software and will remain active for the entire duration of your stay, ensuring both privacy and security.
Parking is available in the garage, and you’ll be able to come and go freely using your personalized entry codes.
This one-of-a-kind property truly represents the height of luxury, combining modern sophistication with Castleberry Hill’s historic loft character. Designed with groups, events, and extended stays in mind, the space spans multiple levels and eight separate condo-style units, offering both privacy and shared gathering areas.
Inside, you’ll find 10 enormous en-suite bedrooms and 5 additional bonus rooms, of which is a semi-private space with an attached half bath (please note, the 5 semi private bonus rooms so not have a door). In total, the property features 26 beds—including 12 kings, 4 queens, 6 fulls, and 4 twins—comfortably accommodating large groups.
Between the units, you’ll also enjoy 2 lofted mezzanine lounge areas, leading up to a private rooftop patio with sweeping skyline views of Atlanta. Three additional rooftop spaces provide room to entertain, relax, and enjoy the city from above, complete with an outdoor kitchen and lounge seating.

Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.
