Most of them speak simple english and even when they did not understand, they had a translator phone to communicate with us. There was this one time we had to contact our car rental company to request for extension. Instead of lending us the phone, the service staff actually went the extra mile and helped us in...

"チェックイン、チェックアウト時のスタッフの対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。夕食は趣向を凝らした目にも美味しく（実際に美味しい）満足いくものでした。 歩行浴のできる温泉が楽しく、健康な休日が過ごせました。 客室は決して広くはありませんが、玄関にいけられた花や、メッセージカードなどとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。"

"Overall our stay was very comfortable and good. With good staff and excellent service. Only limitation or things to consider would be to provide A La Carte options for food. Buffet is the only option and a bit expensive in case you are looking for some quick and light food. Also, essentials food items would be great too like munchies and milk/tea. Overall, food quality and options during the breakfast were great."

"Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und das Personal war sehr. Wir sind spät Abends angekommen und uns wurde trotzdem Essen angeboten obwohl das Küchenpersonal nicht am arbeiten war. Die Hotel Besitzerin ist wirklich sehr sehr nett und ihr englisch ist gut."

"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "

"施設は出来立てで綺麗です。 一番気になったのは部屋のスリッパがあったんですがトイレのスリッパがないから部屋のスリッパで入らないといけないことが嫌でした。 トイレ用にも使い捨てスリッパを置いておいて欲しいです。"

"Property is in very poor conditions. Untidy wash room. It is advertised as 24 hour reception and tv. There is no reception service and tv doesn’t work. I will state them as 1 star restaurant. If you are travelling with family I do not recommend. You could feel shock through hot water. The door lock is in very poor condition and unsafe. There is no restaurant for the stay. Information mentioned in add is very misleading."
