"For a super budget motel it was surprisingly good. The beds were very comfy, the towels were very big and soft, the water pressure was so strong. It was surprisingly quiet when the doors were closed despite being right in the highway. The lamp by the beds was a little sketchy, but worked. Easy check-in and check out situation. The coffee maker worked well and had fairly tasty coffee provided. Room was quite clean, although the garbage under the sink had not been changed from the guests before...

"The room was pretty neat and tidy. The manager/owner was very professional and helpful. I really liked the new fresh look. My only complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable. One was hard as the floor, and the other had a body impression. I could feel the springs hitting every pressure point in my body so I had no proper sleep. And I had to travel in the morning, which makes it difficult when you are tired and sore. I would recommend a two or 3" foam topper so you can't feel the springs....

"We told the front desk the toilet was leaking and he looked angry at me and when I walked at he gave me a mad face. I was trying to be nice to let them know I could’ve just left it. Also the rooms were not clean dust bunnies and dirt along side boards and behind the chairs. The ledges were dusty too. We probably won’t be back there. Too bad it’s in a good location. "

"Room smelled musty. It was clean but distinctly musty, enough that you could 'taste' it. I kept windows open but it did not go away. "

"Excellent breakfast, clean room and a comfy bed. Good pool and hot tub. And the self serve coffee and tea bar is very appreciated. Pillows could be better but other than that it was an excellent stay. "

"The toilet paper was like sandpaper and I’m a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldn’t flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didn’t bag any for the guests."

"Overall, stay was ok. Bed was fine. Had a good sleep. The room and especially the bathroom, is just tired and needing some tlc. I have never been in a hotel bathroom that has pedestal sink. There is no where to hang things, no where to put toiletries. The blow dryer was very wimpy and covered in dust. The shower had a low wee sill along bottom edge and a shower curtain, which is suspect , would leak water. The crowning glory for me was the clump of blondish hair on the wall in shower. I chose...

"Really beautiful lodge, large cosy room, great hot tub, pool table, lots of games..very substantial homemade breakfasts, always with muffins or something which made for easy snacks later. Friendly and accommodating host:). Recommend!"

"Staff were fantastic. Our room was good but there were issues with the shower. Currently undergoing a renovation so not as clean and organized as a person usually gets from a Fairfield. Parking is easy and free. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. "

"Great location close to numerous restaurants and shops. Convenient to downtown too and easy in out from highway. Ample parking. A nee in-house restaurant has awesome food and staff."
