"Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in historical house-great applicances, comfortable and spacious living and bedroom areas. We were only two, comfortable for up to 2 couples easily. 10-15 minute walk to downtown along pleasant street. Coffee shop around the corner. Very pleasant and comfortable stay , and reasonably priced."

"An appealing place to say. The cottage is well furnished, light-filled, effectively air-conditioned; it was well stocked with coffee, flatware, glasses and dishware. We particularly were fond of the deck in the back, the attractive grounds, and the view of the mountains to the Northeast. The walk to downtown was hilly (a good workout) but easily manageable (we also liked the neighborhood in general)."

"This is a well-deserved 5-star review! Communication with the host was excellent as she was accessible. You can't beat a property next to a small garden with a fruiting peach tree in August. The host provides filtered water in the refrigerator, so needed in the 100 degree heat. There are high quality coffee fixings (not a coffee drinker) AND high quality teas (both herbal and caffeinated) - always a plus in my book. Beautiful interior space and the most comfortable bed with plush pillows and...

"This is a WONDERFUL place to stay at during a visit to Ashland. Perfect for two adults. Four would be tight, but workable if you know each other well. The place was clean and well prepped. Easy walking distance to the OSF theaters as well to the Railroad area for Noble coffee and additional food opportunities. Sarah, one of the owners, was quite helpful and extremely friendly. This is one of the best places to stay in Ashland. 10 out of 10 rating! We have already signed on to come back next...

"The location was great and the space was clean. It is essentially a basic studio style apartment/converted garage. The adjacent house is also a rental, but we had no noise or other issues with those guests. As other reviews note, the entrance is awkward with the AC sticking out into the main path, but certainly navigable. I traveled with pets and there is a small park nearby, but otherwise just small patches of grass along the street for bathroom breaks. I was there during an unusually hot...
