Premier Downstairs Flat in Perfect Down Town Location

This is a beautiful new 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet. This wonderful new first level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with Sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and smart TV. Second room has queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundel bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . The house is just blocks away from a convenient health conscious Co-op grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

Terrific Location in Ashland

Really enjoyed our stay in Ashland. The house is sweet and conveniently located to town. We especially appreciated the outdoor furniture in front of the house and along the side.

Vacation rental done right

Very clean throughout, with a small but well appointed kitchen. Loved the 3 outdoor spaces, especially the front porch table and chairs, where the vegetation provided a nice private place to enjoy drinks and conversation. Good quality beds and a thoughtful selection of pillows to serve different tastes. Hoping to return.

Great house in heart of Ashland

Cute little house right in the heart of town. There's access to a washer dryer if you need it, off street parking in the back for 1-2 vehicles plus ample on street parking as well. House is clean, has a full kitchen w dishwasher. Three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a trundle bed below so it converts into a two twin configuration. All good

My sisters and I loved our stay here. We went to three plays at the Ashland Shakespeare festival walked to the plays walked to restaurants. Everything was close by.

Nice cozy house; great location.

Family plus dog stayed here for two nights. Very comfortable. Easy check-in. Off-street parking in the back. Close to downtown Ashland, with easy access to the main road and walkable to the theatres, the park, the main city plaza, etc. Would certainly stay here again.

Nice but Noisy

The property and Manager were easy to deal with. The property was clean and close to town with nice amenities. However, I don’t like to give negative feedback but Warning.. I didn’t see multiple units on the listing or I would have chosen the top unit instead. The tenants above us were up til 1:15 am and then got up at 7 am. We could hear everything even with ear plugs in. I booked a home for the quietness instead of a hotel.

Perfect Location!

This was a beautiful and clean home in a perfect location. So close to downtown and the Shakespeare Festival. The walk was easy, well lite and safe. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend and return!!

Perfectly Pleasant Place

This was Year Three for my high school classmates and I to take a theatre trip to Ashland. This sweet cottage located at the end of the business district is perfectly located for a walk to see shows at the Shakespeare Festival. Two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, AC…and reasonably priced make this our go-to landing. We have selected shows and are planning Year 4.

Reuniting in Ashland

The 3 bedroom house was spacious and comfortable. We loved the table & chairs on the porch! We ate there twice each day. The walk to the theaters was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Love this house!

This is my second time staying at this property. This home has everything I need in a rental. Great location, great bedding and mattresses, easy parking, quiet street. We walked to the theatre, restaurants and shopping.

Comfortable Ashland Home

This was a great place for our stay in Ashland with friends. Clean and nicely appointed, it provided a comfortable place to spend time together. The location is really great for walking into town and theatres. And Noble Coffee, just down the street, became a regular morning ritual. Felt at home here!

All we needed and more

This was the perfect place for our family of grandparents, parents and one child. The house is well appointed with a modern kitchen and new HVAC units offering quiet ideal temperature control. There were guests in the upstairs apartment(unit B) and we could barely hear any noise. There are front porch and back deck sitting areas. We parked our car and walked everywhere during our 3 day visit.

Cute home in the heart of Ashland!

We had a great time as a family in Ashland! It is such a cute, artsy town! We were in town for SOU move in. The house was in a perfect area, close to so many restaurants, Lithia Park, shops, & very convenient to the beautiful SOU campus. One downside was that the people staying in the upstairs space were very loud & we could hear almost everything. Overall, they were friendly & we knew they were just having fun so we were go with the flow. I would recommend this rental, for sure! Amber was so friendly (thank you!!).
