Welcome to Hanna’s House, your cozy downtown Ashland retreat just one block from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, dining, and shops.

This charming bungalow sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and pull-out sofa. Enjoy a full kitchen, spacious walk-in shower, heated wood floors throughout, and cool AC for year-round comfort.

Hanna`s House is a quaint, private ADU behind the main house. You`ll have the entire cottage to yourself with a private entrance from the back parking area. There is a small bistro table outside for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of local wine to end your day.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, family trip, or theater weekend in Southern Oregon!

POLICY REMINDERS:
- Cancelations are dependent on the channel and rate you booked. For direct and standard rates: Cancellations made 5+ days before arrival, a full refund minus a $39 cancellation fee will be issued (non-refundable rates excluded). After that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
- Occupancy Limits: Guests agree to not exceed maximum occupancy stated in the listing. $15 per person, per night is charged after the first 3 guests in a reservation. Failure to notify WanderLodges of accurate occupancy may result in additional per person fees if applicable or up to/including reservation termination.
- Parties/Large Gatherings: All parties or occupancy issue creating gatherings are strictly prohibited at all WanderLodges properties, and guests agree to comply with all city, company, and fire code noise and use requirements.
- Pets/Service Animals: Pet friendly properties are subject to an additional $25 per pet/per stay cleaning fee. Pets must never be left unsecured or unattended at the property, and WanderLodges must be notified at time of booking of pet requests. As always, we are happy to accommodate registered service animals of our guests.
- Smoke Free: As a reminder, all WanderLodges properties are smoke and vape free. Smoking indoors, within 10 feet of an entry, or anywhere on the property will incur an additional $250 fee.
- Quite Hours: Considered between 10PM and 8AM. Please keep noise to a minimum in consideration of neighbors. Noncompliance of this will incur a $100 fee per incident, and/or a request to vacate.
- Damages: All damages must be reported to WanderLodges as soon as possible. By booking, guests agree to financial responsibility for all damages due to gross negligence and up to an additional $500 in cleaning fees for negligent use.

This is a WONDERFUL place to stay at during a visit to Ashland. Perfect for two adults. Four would be tight, but workable if you know each other well. The place was clean and well prepped. Easy walking distance to the OSF theaters as well to the Railroad area for Noble coffee and additional food opportunities. Sarah, one of the owners, was quite helpful and extremely friendly. This is one of the best places to stay in Ashland. 10 out of 10 rating! We have already signed on to come back next year!

The house amazing! It is an oasis in the middle of downtown Ashland. Every amenity was provided and it felt luxurious yet totally comfortable. It was too hot when we were there to enjoy the outdoor patio and garden but they were beautiful as well. My only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Perfect walkability to Main St. Ashland

This is a wonderful little space that's within a block of old town Ashland and all its restaurants, coffee shops, and theaters. Wonderful helpfulness and communication from our host, and the space had everything we needed - all with modern remodeling, it seems. We loved it!

Charming cottage

Everything was provided and wonderful and great access to the theatre and downtown. You can walk anywhere. My only problem was, it happened to be very hot and there was an air conditioner right by the head of the bed and it was very noisy...coming on and off in the night making it difficult to sleep.

Great Location, great house!

East walk to main attractions in town, including morning coffee, lunch cafes, and evening restaurants. The property itself was fabulous. Clean, well stocked and well organized. We had everything we needed for our stay. If I had access to my rear yard from an alley, this is what I would build.

A gem in Ashland

This super-clean cottage was the perfect place for our stay in Ashland! It is within walking distance to the Ashland Shakespearean Festival and lots of fun places to eat. It was the perfect size for two adults with lots of amenities. Our favorite was the beautiful garden entrance, where we could sit outside and enjoy the ambiance. The garden is a shared space with the hosts. The hosts are very friendly and so helpful with information about the area and restaurants to try! I will come back to this wonderful and relaxing place again - and would recommend it to anyone else.

Wonderful location in the heart of Ashland

Hanna's House was an absolute delight! Very comfortable home in the heart of Ashland, everything you could want when away from home. Anything you might need was thoughtfully provided. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen, amazingly well equipped. The location was ideal for exploring Ashland and easy walking distance to the Shakespeare Theater. Absolutely perfect!

Such a lovely, clean, fresh house with everything carefully considered such as many pillow options, including my favorite - a contour pillow! The short 8 minute walk to town balanced out the delicious breakfasts from the restaurant "Hither" (you. must. go.) The owners were delightful, their dogs were adorable. We wanted to move in permanently. :)

Weekend in Ashland, Oregon

Hannah's house was clean and centrally located to the main part of town. I would strongly recommend to anybody that wants to come visit Ashland for a weekend, Hannah's place it perfect. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Cute bungalow - great location

The owners were on site - very helpful and not intrusive. Well equipped kitchen, though we didn't cook a lot - too many restaurants to try in Ashland. We walked to everything - Shakeseare Festival, restaurants, Lithia Park. We had our service dog with us - note that there are aggressive deer in the neighborhood that are protecting babies and will take down a small dog! Overall a very nice experience, would stay there again!

Two ladies for a week in Ashland

Everything was perfect! Location, nice size one-bedroom with plenty of closets, and drawers; roomy bathroom, spacious kitchen fully equipped, lovely yard, and easy walk (4th and E Main) to the downtown area. Our hostess was so nice and her two dogs were adorable!

A lovely hidden treasure

Our focus when we travel is to be outside as much as possible. This little house had a small table & chairs outside in the garden perfect for eating, planning, or just sitting & talking. The house had everything we needed & was a great retreat during the heat of the day. Shaddie & Sarah were great hosts.

Lovely Cottage

A lovely cottage, great location, able to walk to everything. Very well appointed with everything we needed due to the attention to detail for what guests would require. Would stay again, highly recommend Hanna's House!
