Get ready to be welcomed by High on the Mountain, one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain. Quickly becoming a premier location for travelers coming to one of the most sought after travel destinations. Come enjoy the comforts of home in this newly built (2022), luxurious 4-bedroom property. The location couldn't be better as you are walking distance to shops, restaurants and more! You're also just a 10-minute drive to downtown Asheville to experience all it has to offer!

Upon entering, you will be surrounded with high-end finishes, coupled with eclectic and handsome décor. The cozy living space is made for gathering and creating fond memories, which includes a gas fireplace and smart tv. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, with everything you need to entertain your group. The chef of the group will be right at home!

The 4 guest rooms include thoughtful décor, new king beds to ensure comfortable rest, privacy and your own smart tv. End each day by heading out to your private patio for a soak in the hot tub after a day hiking and exploring. Once you experience High on the Mountain, you will want to return again and again!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: This home is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Perfect location for an Asheville getaway weekend. Whoever came up with the design for this development truly thought through all the things you need for a great stay in Asheville - 4 king bedrooms each with a bathroom, comfortable and well-appointed common areas and a private hot tub. The property is located in a wonderful development only 12 minutes to Biltmore or downtown Asheville and a very easy drive. A large YMCA and restaurant are only minutes away. It's a very safe neighborhood and well maintained. I have stayed here before and this is my go-to place to stay when in Asheville.

Communication was great. Instructions for check in/check out were very clear and easy. Entry code was easy. Welcome basket was nice. Great water pressure in shower. Close to the Biltmore and to grocery store. The only thing I would change is the ability to crank the thermostat down to 65. I stay hot all the time.

Don’t stay.

Very poor management. Rules say no noise after 10 PM and a large party occupied 5 units next to us that partied starting after 10 and late into the night. We called and complained to someone who seemed indifferent and later received an email message that we should have called the cops. Based on the rules that should be the property’s responsibility. There was a strong febreeze smell that overpowered the unit. Bugs crawling all around. Big exposed gaping hole in the washroom wall where plumbing was located. WiFi didn’t work a lot of the time and tv would black out for no reason. Recommend don’t stay here!!

Great place for 4 couples to stay to visit Ashville. Definitely would stay here again! Great location for restaurants, shopping, Blue Ridge parkway, & Biltmore. Very modern & clean.

We loved our stay here! The property was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable! Very quiet and serene area, but also close to everything we wanted to see and do! Would definitely stay here again or at any Yonder vacation property!

Great weekend

We had 4 couples so the 4 king bedrooms with private ensuites was perfect. The unit was very clean. Love the community and having the Village Point Sports Bar within walking distance was great for lunch. Easy drive to downtown. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful accommodations. Very comfortable for 4 couples. Convenient access to the Biltmore, the Grove Park Inn, and downtown Asheville. Highly recommend 110 Terrace Vista.

Amazing Spot!

Had a wonderful time. These townhouses were clearly setup for exactly what we needed. Big rooms, each with their own bathroom. King beds in each room. Couldn’t have been happier with the cleanliness, towels, beds, room size, and convenience. Super happy to have found this spot.

Golden Girls in Asheville

Four friends from around the country gathered in Asheville for some long overdue girl time. The property was perfect. Four beautiful master suites allowed for privacy when needed & the living area inside & out was so comfortable for drinking wine & laughing. And the location was perfect. Literally 10-15min from everything I’m all directions.
