Our family celebrated 2 sibling birthdays & Mother's Day all in the same weekend!We had a great time although it was cloudy & rainy the last day. Great house - each of us had our own King bed with our own bathroom. The pool was a Blast!

Oasis is a beautiful house it had everything you need and more. It was in a great location close to beach and shops,there were also many restaurants to walk to. The pool and the Mini golf was a big hit we had competitions and the ping pong games were fun too. This place is like a mini resort. The house is bright and decorated in a pleasing coastal decor. We had plenty of room to move around. The only down side was the washing machine leaked and the there were a few other minor issues that were taken care of in a timely manner. We had a wonderful thanksgiving vacation with family and made many new memories. Oh and the sun sets at the beach we’re amazing.

We loved AMI Oasis. The cleanliness and decor was superb. AMI Locals was on top of everything and quickly responded when needed. I loved the house layout; everyone had an equal size room! Location was perfect for us, as we walked everywhere. We will be back!

Amazing centralized location. Everything was clean. Good selection of beach stuff to use with a wagon. Nice for everyone to have their own master Bathroom. Didn’t use the pool much because of the weather. Bed pillows could use an upgrade;) property company was very responsive when I was sent the wrong lockbox code. Overall would definitely stay here again

The check- in process was a nightmare. Lock box was not where we told. After calling the number they told me two more locations . Eventually they had to send on call person who agreed with me a took a photo for future. Then after w3 finally got in could not get any TVS to work. They could not send someone to Sunday and he had a hard time. All in all those issues took away from our time and it was a short stay.😒😒😒. That being said great location and enjoyed the house.

Really nice home.... Everything in very good condition. Only issue experienced is to find out that AMI IT services is lacking, and limited in more detailed info on a specific property. I specificall had asked the AMI Rep who called me 2 days before our arrival if there were any questions I had for them... to which i said I only had one; "are all appliances and electronic devices - "maonly TV's working properly". This was important to us as we planned to spend much of our time with family outside by the pool and golf green during the MLB World Series Playoffs while watching the Big Games on the poolside TV. I was told "yes... all TV's are working. There was only an issue with one of the TV's with prior tenant - but was found to be just a lack of understanding of how to operate the TV." I am sure it was not intended - but as we experienced and had to deal with was that all TV programming was/is messed up messed up.... We made call to AMI Cust-Ser and their service personal were able to figure out a "work around" 4step process that had to be used every time the TV was turned on...... Along with discivering an outside house attena wifi signal tyransmitter had failed - not allowing the poolside TV to work. We spent 7nights there - and the outside TV only became usable on the last night. All service personnel the responded were super nice and gave it their best - no quams at all with that..... Just clearly got the feeling AMI is either lacking in detail home inspectrions - or managing more homes then they can properly handle.

Couple blocks from beach and pier. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The guys in our party had ping pong tournaments and putting competitions. We had one rainy day that we all hung out by the pool. Overall, it was a great backdrop to our reunion with friends.

Loved the house and where it was located. Having construction start at 7:30am was not fun. But overall enjoyed the stay.
