With a sparkling cocktail-style pool, close proximity to the beach, dining, and Bayfront Park, you'll soon see why this beautiful rental is such a special place! You'll also have room for two cars in the driveway.

The beach at Bean Point is a few blocks away, and Bayfront Park and two fishing piers are within easy walking distance. If you prefer, walk to the nearby stop and see it all on the island's free trolley. Be sure to head to Pine Avenue for local culture, including specialty shops, galleries, bars, and restaurants. Outdoor activities abound with a variety of tours available, and while you're out exploring, treat yourself to some bubble ice cream at Shiny Fish Emporium.

Enjoy the comforts of home and revel in the inviting bedrooms and spacious bathtubs, as well as free WiFi and a flatscreen TV and DVD player in the living room. The full kitchen offers all you need for meal prep and clean-up. Lounge poolside in a covered swing or take a refreshing dip, then make a feast on the charcoal grill and dine al fresco in one of the island's best backyards. You'll also have a private washer/dryer so you can pack light for your trip.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 22 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great cottage in amazing location

We have been going to Anna Maria for three years now and each year it gets better. The house was super comfortable with everything we needed and worth more space than what we expected. Walking to the beach was super easy with the kids and the pool though small was enough. The only “but” of our stay was the pool temperature that by no means was as warm as promised and the alarm that leads outside from the back covered porch that is super annoying because you can’t stop it from going on from the outside. Other than that we would surely repeat our stay!

Great house and location

Just a short walk from the beach and restaurants this house is a great place to stay! Really clean house, lovely small pool in the backyard, quiet neighborhood, very walkable. Nice to have a chest of beach toys/chairs to use too.

Relax and Relax

Nice accommodations! Short walk to the beautiful beach! Rooms are nice size. Enjoyed outdoor space. Keep in mind there are no cooking spices, oils, coffee or food wrap. Other than that you’ll love this quaint home!

Little pink houses

Very cute house with a little pool in backyard. It’s about 2 blocks from beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Only complaint is that we could not use the pull out sofa as there were no sheets. I contacted the local property manager by email with no response. I would only recommend 6 people stay at this location. Generally very good

A Beautiful Getaway!

The beach cottage was very nice and comfortable. I loved that it was close to the beach. A very beautiful beach. It was very clean and had a wonderful kitchen to cook meals. We walked to beach several times a day. Awesome sunsets. So close to beach access. We had enough space for 7 ladies. The pool was very relaxing. The Wi Fi was not working during our stay. We could not watch tv. We had some trouble getting into house as code did not work. We called and they helped us get inside. Looking forward to going back! Awesome vacation!

Family Weekend Getaway

This property is wonderful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the house. Our two adult daughters, along with their husband and boyfriend shared this property with my husband and I for the weekend. For six adults, there was more than enough space. The layout of the house is perfect. The location of the property is terrific, for walking to the beach or biking/walking to local restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped backyard. The screen porch was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning, enjoy meals, and work on a puzzle. The grill was so clean and we prepped a delicious dinner using the grilling area/tools provided. We rented bikes from Beach Bums and had lots of fun pedaling around the island! There were plenty of beach toys at the house, if you have kids that might enjoy those. There were two beach chairs in the beach supplies, but one was broken….so for six of us….we only had one very “light-weight” beach chair. If you are looking to spend hours on the beach, sitting comfortably, a beach chair rental would be a must. Beach Bums is a convenient place to rent beach chairs. The other thing that would be handy for a family at this rental is a beach cart….not sure how a young family would get kids and beach supplies to the beach without a beach wagon. I would highly recommend this property. We would return again!

Perfect Cozy Beach House

Great house in a great location! Looks small from the outside, but very roomy inside. Short walk to the beach and the pool is great for a refreshing dip. Love the north side of the island- very family oriented and there are great restaurants and shops nearby. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

5 star except for one thing

We loved the property. It was spacious. There was an extra little room that we used for the baby to sleep in. It was clean. The walk to the beach wasn't far. And the cocktail pool was just perfect! The only real issue was that the owner scheduled landscaping to be done while we were there. It was all day long and noisy so the baby couldn't really nap. It was in the backyard so we didn't feel comfortable using the pool. We had made this reservation December 30 so the owner had approximately 4 1/2 months notice that we would be there to block out a different day. The only other suggestion I would make is to have a high chair on property. But, now that the landscaping is done, people probably won't have those issues.

A great Home For Our Getaway

We chose this house because it was literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, had a private pool, and it is located in a very quiet part of the island. After our stay, the only downside was dealing with the management company. The Good... First, you technically only have to cross one street to get to the beach and traffic there is almost non-existant. There is a city-owned beach access alley that runs between a couple of the nearby houses and will take you all the way there. I highly suggest you bring a wagon because if you have kids or a lot of beach gear it'll just make your life easier. Next, the pool. It is a small pool that is about 4.5ft deep at the deepest part. I don't know about cramming 6 or more adults in there but for my wife and 2yr old it was absolutely perfect. It is private and the plants and trees around it made it more special. Finally, this is a very quiet part of the island. It's all residential but you're still only half a mile from the nearest shops. I highly recommend renting a golf cart while you are staying because it was much easier (and fun) to get around. There is very limited parking and there are lots of other golf carts and pedestrians so having a golf cart makes things so much better. The Bad... This house is managed by Vacassa and I don't know if the following is typical of them or not. First, we were notified the first day of our arrival that roof inspectors would be there to check the roof and we didn't have to stick around for that. We were offered by the Guest Service Manager a "meal on Vacassa up to $20 a person" for the inconvenience. Guess what....sent the receipt and then....crickets. Even sent another email a couple days after the first one...crickets again. Second, a random tech showed up while we were swimming and began working on fixing a toilet issue among other things. The tech was nice and it wasn't an inconvenience but no one told us they were coming. Finally, the cleaning person showed up 30 min before our checkout time and it made us feel rushed to get out. It was just uncomfortable even though they didnt nothing wrong. Side note: we thought there was black mold on the main bedroom ceiling. The Guest Service Manager said a tech looked at it and claimed it was dust. I hope they were right but I dont know why it wouldn't have been dealt with before people rented it out.

This Property is Cozy, Spacious and In a Great Location

The home is perfect and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy . The only very frustrating issue is the Internet/Wifi connections. We spent the entire stay struggling to watch tv or hear music due to horrible reception. We contacted customer service and were told it would be taken care of, but no one contacted me back or came to the property.

Sunrise Sunburn Sunset Repeat

Our family enjoys coming each year to the island, this was an excellent home for us, the backyard says it all...oasis getaway. Convenient to beach access, bean point and golf cart drive away to local eats. Enjoyed every minute! Property management made sure everything in working order, provided towels and other kitchen needs. Pool stair entry a tad challenging since no handrails/greenery. Overall a great stay!

Fantastic Location

House is in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from restaurants and just over a 5 minute walk to beach, which was great. The area is beautiful, loved the beach. There were some previous reviews that stated the house had everything you need - that's not necessarily true. If you plan on having 6-8 people, you're going to need to bring linens and pillows. The kitchen had a few items, but not a great selection of cookware and no hand soap to be found. The pool is very small, great for cooling off but that's about it. Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, but if you have larger SUVs it will be difficult as there is zero street parking allowed. Sent a few messages to owner, never heard back.

Terrific House

Harmony House was a great place to stay. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. House was spotless and kitchen was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Pool was wonderful! Great place to stay - I would definitely rent again.

Loved this place!

This is our 6th visit to Anna Maria Island. Loved staying on the point like this. It was very quiet & relaxing. The house was GREAT! Management group were awesome as well! We will be back!

Wonderful home!

We loved staying at this home. Located near the nicest beach on the island with beautiful, soft sugar sand and gorgeous views. It is close enough to the beach to walk, even with little ones! We so appreciated the beach canopy and pool/beach toys and chairs and extra beach towels available to use. The house was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. Anna Maria Island is a lovely place and we would definitely come back again!
