Whether you’re a winter sports lover or in search of some summertime serenity, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Angel Fire vacation rental is the ideal launching point to explore. Each guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and the upstairs loft also has 2 twin beds allowing this property to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The Enchantment State! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony then head to Angel Fire Resort for skiing, tubing, or ziplining! For fun on the water, visit Eagle Nest Lake State Park or Monte Verde Lake. With a comfortable living space and convenient location, this condo is the perfect place for post-adventure relaxation.

The Space:
Note, currently TVs are streaming only. We are working with the owner to get satellite stations activated but as of now there is no cable/satellite TV at this unit.

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

4WD or AWD Vehicle Required during winter months November through March
The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
Streaming TVs only, No Cable or Satellite Stations available
Firewood is available for purchase locally in Angel Fire but is not provided by host.
If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.
We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.

This wasn't a bad place just had pet hair everywhere. So if that wasn't vacuumed and cleaned up was everything else? I seriously doubt it...Could have tried a little harder with the hospitality aspect also, they give free coffee at hotels. If you just need a place to lay your head might work if it was cleaned. Sorry for the bad review but first thing we when we got home was wash everything cause it had hair on it.

I loved the stay, and I have never been in this type of cold. Perfect location, beautiful view, and amazing aesthetic.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The view of Wheeler Peak from the living room window is fabulous. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, the living room area is very cozy and the overall vibe is welcoming. Since there was just two of us, we didn't venture upstairs other than to do a load of laundry, which was an added bonus since we were staying 10 days. We really enjoyed spending Thanksgiving in this condo and we would highly recommend it! We plan to rent it again this coming summer. The host is really easy to work with and you can tell that he takes great pride in making sure his guests are comfortable. John & Diana B. Tucson, Arizona

When we booked this listing we thought it was a cabin by itself not a condo. No where in the listing does it say its a condo. The fire place is not a wood burning fireplace it is gas and does not put out alot of heat. No where in any of the emails did it say a unit number, I had to call the manager to a get a unit number. Had I know their were alot of steps to get this I would not have booked it as my mother n law has parkinsons and climbing steps is hard for her. She actually tripped and fell at one point. So we get in and sleep, the next morning we are showering and the most horrible smell ever comes out of the fauct. Smelled like rotten eggs. We thought it was the sewer, after texting the manager he tells me that I need to run the hot water and one of the fans in the bathroom. This was a smell that stays on your skin and in your hair. Manager also tells me that several condos had the issue and they have know about it. So why was it not discloused to us? After messaging Steve he just says sorry and offers sincere aplologies. I do not recommend this condo to anyone at this time until they can fix the water issue. It makes you sick at your stomach.
