The space
Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this one bedroom home includes a complete kitchen with all major appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The master bedrooms is comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with comfy sleeper sofa. Smart HDTV, free high-speed WiFi and keyless access.

Cozy and Peaceful

If you are looking for a cozy space that is away from it all and easily accessible, this is the space for you. Host was great, informative and very pleasant. Greatly enjoyed the scenery and full use of the amenities. Will definitely come back again when visiting Boston.

Had to leave without ever sleeping in this rental

The smell of chemical perfume was overwhelming in every room. Did they bathe the upholstery with Febreze? Who knows? We tried to mitigate by opening all windows for a few hours & using a Corsi fan (that we brought.) We wanted to love this place so that we could use it as a base for visiting beaches & returning annually. We were hoping to extend our stay & inquired about an extension. The pictures were so promising!!! Instead, we invested in a vacation that we had to cut short after less than 6 hours. There was no way to shut the windows & sleep in this rental because of that strong smell; so, we packed up and came home. Pictures can lie. They do not tell the whole story. We never even sat on the bed or used the shower. We did sit on the couch which was comfortable; so, there is that as a positive. I did not like seeing a dirty scrub sponge in the sink when we arrived, & I wondered who thought it was a clever idea to leave a dirty scrubby for us. We learned an important lesson: Not all hosts can be trusted with your vacation. The host asked if she could "make us stay" by having someone come to clean the air. I told her we tried that to no avail; so, there was no point. We never got to the beach that we were longing to visit. We also had to throw away 5 new Corsi fan filters because they smelled so strong of chemical/perfume when we unpacked. NEW Merv 13 filters were an additional loss to us from this wasted rental expense. We are so disappointed in VRBO after years of trust!

Lovely space, Great location

This reutilization of space was done very well. It was homey and well appointed. It is tucked in the end of a wooded lane with water visible off the back deck. Yet, it was still just minutes off the highway. Owner was quick to respond to email. Truly appreciated out stay!

Convenient & quiet

We love staying here. It’s at the end of a road with no outlet or traffic. It’s small, but great for the three of us to hang out. We love the location to Boston and Haverhill, where my son’s Goalie Clinics are.

Gute Lage schönes kleines Haus

Sehr gut gelegenes kleines Haus, mit sehr schönem Badezimmer und großzügiger Dusche, sehr gutes Bett und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Von Kaffeemaschine bis Wasserkocher alles da. Lediglich die Pfannen bedürfen einer Erneuerung und müssten getauscht werden und die Messer sollten mal geschliffen werden um wieder scharf zu sein. Alles in allem ein schönes gut ausgestattetes Haus in sehr schöner ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Very nice place; great location

Our visit was during an intense heat wave and the a/c was perfect. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Kitchen was the exception; could have been cleaner and was not well equipped. Host was very responsive regarding a tv issue. Too many air fresheners.

We loved the place, private parkimg and great location. There was a broken shower handle that could've cause serious injury because it was loose but other than that the stay was good.

Frustrating third party host

This property is in a wonderful location, a secluded and private residence with convenient access to local features. The third party property management company makes it extremely difficult to get assistance when needed.
