"It was the perfect spot for a one night stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got really late and they were waiting for us, even though the restaurant was closed they let us eat there the food we ordered from Uber eats. Room was comfortable and clean."

"I have stayed here on 4 seperate occasions in the last 1.5 weeks and each time the stay has been great. You get a welcome drink on arrival (which I was not personally able to use unfortunately), the room is spotless and the aircon is amazing. The bed is huge and super comfy! The staff are really lovely too and it’s very close to Yarraville (where I need to be) and the freeway entry/exit. "

"Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. Far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, whilst still having easy travel to all locations and having everything you need nearby (e.g. shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, river views, etc). The pool is heated even though it is outdoors making it a potential year-round pleasure. Kids had an amazing time. Perfect family friendly hotel and location. Definitely plan on making this our destination for future Melbourne travels."

"The apartment we stayed in was fine. However what was disappointing was the customer service and treatment we received from Caitlin at the front desk. On two occasions Caitlin was rude and lacked professionalism. When we discussed the situation with the manager and informed her of what happened and how rude Caitlin was, the response we received was lack lustre. Customer service at this hotel is lacking and disappointing."

"The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house.
