"Staff friendly and helpful. Junior suite rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent ,plenty of choice for all,buffet style. Lovely seating area outside at the back for evening drinks. Perfect spot for Abba Voyage 15 minute walk. 8 ladies had a fabulous time and would use this hotel again. (No restaurant but wasnt a problem for us,a list of restaurants close by was given to us but we didnt need them.)"

"Great staff and amenities, minor fixes needed. The hotel is a 7 to 10 minute walk from the station. Do not rely blindly on map apps because they send you down quiet side streets. During the day you can take a shortcut through the Westfield shopping center. The area has everything you need including supermarkets, markets, and restaurants, though it can look a bit rough in the evening. The staff are outstanding, super friendly, and work tirelessly. "The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."

"The decor was quite basic. There was a carpark (advertised on Expedia as free,but was charged £15). It was difficult to use and we were given no advance notice how to gain access. My reservation seemed to baffle them at first. The room was spacious, with large bed, very large TV, and the bathroom had modern quite classy fittings. Unfortunately, there were no tea/coffee making facilities, no cips, glasses or any receptacle for a drink - and no towels. A very mixed experience. Lots of good...
