"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle...

"This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. "

"The cleanliness of our room could have been better. I found a bug wondering near the coffee brewer while I was getting ready. You can tell in the bathroom area that they do just a quick sweep type of cleaning due to some marks in the shower area and the toilet. It is located in the outer part of downtown Phoenix, not exactly in the center of downtown. Many homeless people roaming around in the nearby streets. It is also located across a grill/bar/club. You will be able to hear the music they are...

"The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. "
