"The hotel is an amazing location which was the main reason that we chose it in order to go to the theatre as well as the good reviews. On arrival the desk staff were extremely helpful and positive with the lobby being fully decorated for Halloween which added to the friendly feel. We were personally shown to our room which was a nice touch, the room was clean and kept well. Unfortunately my wife had developed some health and mobility issues before our trip and after staying one night in the room...
