We switched hotels from Andaz to come here thinking it was better based off the ratings and that was the worse decision made. When I told the front desk I was told they couldn’t do anything as far as a discount because we already paid through Expedia."

Overall experience let down by small details this time: breakfast room inadequate for size of hotel, queues most mornings from 8am; almost impossible to make tea in rooms with a pod coffee machine and disappointing practise of adding a breakfast "over-consumption" charge to our bill despite us having breakfast included in our rate. This was removed without challenge, but what about those guests who don't...
