"June checked us in for The Plaza and was excellent. He was friendly and offered us a room upgrade. We ended up moving to a family suite with 2 queen beds, a sitting area and bar area with a sink and microwave. The room was spectacular. Doormen were also super friendly and bellman was helpful too. The service here is exceptional and the rooms and common areas are beautiful. Highly recommend the hotel for a luxury experience. "

"The staff hotel at this hotel are genuinely welcoming and it is evident that each of them are customer focused in a very genuine family way. And they seemed connected to one another in a familial way. It has become a favorite. Insider tip for Yankees fans: D Express to Yankee Stadium is below the hotel and is 3 stops and 17 minutes to the park. And by the way, Jean George at the hotel is a legit Michelin restaurant. Thomas Keller’s Per Se and Masa are across Columbus Circle and 2 minute walk...
