The happy hour provided by the hotel was substantial enough to count as dinner and was filling, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The staff handling luggage storage were especially friendly. Before we got our room, we went in and out several times, and they patiently helped us retrieve our belongings each time."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times since its’ opening, including my most recent trip. The staff always goes above and beyond, the amenities are great, and you can’t beat the midtown location near Bryant Park. However, it’s starting to look a bit run-down. There’s a lot of wear and tear in the hallways and in the room we stayed in. It is still a very nice hotel, but not enough funds have gone back into maintaining it as a “luxury” option.
