"Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. "Had an amazing 8 night stay recently. Food (both buffet and a la carte restaurants) were excellent. Every member of staff from welcome, management, bar, buffet, pool and cleaning were gracious, friendly and incredibly welcoming. The WhatsApp ability to talk to the hotel without having to visit a reception was excellent - very fast replies too! "We loved this hotel. Wanted to visit Lanzarote but didn’t want a big resort The room was fine, the staff excellent and so charming and helpful especially Belfar , Michele and Livio.
