"El hotel es muy bonito. Aunque las habitaciones no son las más amplias en Brujas, definitivamente tienen una decoración unica y agradable. Las vistas desde las habitaciones dan paz y la zona donde se encuentra es en el corazon de brujas. Esta un poco retirado a pie de la estación de trenes pero hay autobuses o taxi para llegar mas comodamente. "

"This is fantastic hotel and the decor is absolutely superb, the bedroom was luxurious and bed huge and comfy, the shower was absolutely fantastic, the staff can not do enough for you. The grounds are secluded garden that has a bathing pool (not heated ) in the centre but the garden is extremely well maintained and they have several patios with very comfy seating and there is a canal at the end of the garden. They also have a wellness centre and a jacuzzi which we didnt try on our stay"

"The beautify decorated room Olga served us well. We may stay there again. Some drawbacks limit our rating to 4 stars. Instructions to get a key proved a bit baffling for jet-lagged senior citizens arriving after dark unfamiliar with the system used. Took us while to figure out how to turn on lights in part of the room with switches on the wires on the floor. Even then the bedroom seemed a bit dark at night, which would be wonderful for a romantic encounter, but is a bit of a problem for other...

"Very beautiful rooms , well decorated, but the owners are pigs , they are very rude and abuse costumers ! They charge me 75 Euros for a late check in ! Because we arrived @ 8 pm You only have 2 hours to check in ,from 4 to 6 pm then when the check out is @ 11 am and @ 11:15 came a Big fat pig to open the door and tell us ! You have 5 to get out !! So they basically kick us from the property! So if U don’t want to get miss treated U better stay in another place ! "
