"少し早目に着いたのですが、快くチェックインさせて頂き、その後出かけている間に、私たちに合わせて追加のベッドやタオル、スナックを足して下さいました。25Fのサンルームでは美味しい珈琲やレモネードも飲めます。出入りが若干複雑ですが、MRTに直結しているのでそちらを利用する場合はとても便利です。"

"I really like the ambiance, the courteous personnel working at Conrad. Especially Ms. Des who works at the Concierge staff who alway extend her way to help me, and not only me but other guests. I would say most or all staff are very accommodating in helping guests like me. That is why I love to come back at this hotel.. it is the personal touch extended to the many guests."
