"Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the pool and loved the rooftop bar. We ate dinner at Dean’s steakhouse and the food/experience were comparable to Bohanan’s. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an elevated hotel experience in the downtown San Antonio area."

"There were cockroaches in the room, I called to let them know we had already killed four big roaches and they couldn’t change our room due to availability. The shower was clogged and they went to repair it and it remained clogged even after maintenance. They promised a credit and did not specify it had to be used in the hotel, lost half the credit given. I will not be returning. I paid over 1000 for two nights including extra fees. Not worth the money"

"The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The staff at the normal restaurant was great. The hallways of the floors of the hotel smelled old and musty. The room we stayed in was not cleaned very well as there were urine drops in front of the toilet that hadn’t been cleaned. The extra bed was so old with an old dirty mattress. The walls had a lot of scuff marks on them and carpet was worn and looked dirty. I was expecting more from this property as it is a Marriott BonVoy...

"Not what I was expecting for the $$ staff was nice the room was okay it needs to be cleaned better especially the bathroom and shower it also felt outdated the way they built the shower doors with a big gap the water gets out. The balcony was smaller than expected they only provided one chair in a room that accommodates two people!"

The main reason I booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool, but it was filthy and clearly not being maintained.
