"The service by the front desk manager Vanessa; she was super friendly, helpful and available! The room very very clean and comfortable. Nice view and great shower. The soundproofing was so good I never heard a noise from any other room when they were inside their rooms, which I appreciate because I’m a light sleeper. "Great place with fantastic views. Be prepared for a lot of steps depending on the room you are staying in. Something else to be aware of is that some of the rooms have limited space for suitcases so it becomes fairly crowded. "

It looks out toward the back of the island for the sunrise or to be by the big pool and bar but within 100-150 ft from the front door you can walk across the street up to a parking area with benches to view the caldera and the beautiful sunsets! Breakfast included is amazing. The people are so helpful and kind. The place is spotless! "
