"Tent Palmanova exceeded my expectations. Clean, order amongst guests, and super helpful staff. Extended brunch is excellent, and the 24/7 self Laundry was extremely helpful for me. Starbucks coffee served in the bar which was superb 👌as an early riser, I loved the option of having coffee prior to breakfast and which begins at 8am, without having to leave the property. Would definitely recommend."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, although I didn't realise it was the German area of Palma. The safety box key 16 euros very expensive. Our room was great apart from a leak in the bathroom ceiling."

"The room was comfortable and had lovely views. The aircon didn't work well and the shower gel had run out, but they sorted out the latter and had a go at the former. No coffee, though there was a kettle and cups in the room. The restaurant was lovely and the paella to die for. The worst for us was how far the hotel was from everything (Palma and the beach) and the fact there weren't any nice restaurants nearby."

"Also das Hotel liegt weiter entfernt von der Schinkenstraße es ist aber alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand ist eigentlich nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur 2 mal gereinigt in 7 Tagen trotzdessen das es alle 2 Tage geschehen sollte. Gefragt wurden wir auch nicht ob die Reinigung ausgelassen werden kann. Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top. Leider waren das aber auch schon die größten Pluspunkte unseres Aufenthalts. Beim Versuch, die Gardine zuzuziehen, habe ich einen Stromschlag bekommen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zudem nicht zuverlässig. Besonders ärgerlich war der defekte Aufzug: Wir sind darin steckengeblieben und haben unzählige Male geklingelt, ohne dass sich jemand darum gekümmert hat. "Please don’t book this hotel. Although the hotel is smoke free, our room smelt of smoke. The tub was rusty and the carpets in the hallway were old and dirty. We spoke to the gentleman that checked us in regarding the room but he wouldn’t help us. The Wifi did not well in the romm. Lastly the location is 20 mins walking from the city center. We never leave negative reviews but this time we felt we needed to. We stayed 1 night and checked out."
