"Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. "

"Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. "Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. "Appartment war sauber und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Personal freundlich. Ein Aufzug ist in Gebäude 2 vorhanden. Trotz Renovierung war im Bad ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Kanal und sämtliche Haken und Ablagen waren nicht richtig festgeschraubt. Leider gab es morgens ein regenreiches Gewitter, so dass im gesamten Foyer von Gebäude 2 und vor dem Eingang ca.3-4 cm hoch das Wasser stand, welches durch die Tür hereingelaufen war. Seltsamerweise wurde ein Gefälle in Richtung der Eingangstür...
