"Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Buffet war super, sehr viel Auswahl, frisch zubereitet und für jeden etwas dabei. Wir waren mit einem 16 Monate alten Kind dort, es wurde uns ein Babybett bereit gestellt und es gab beim Buffet genügend Hochstühle. Allein die Zeit vom Abendessen war uns etwas zu spät, 18.30 Uhr fing es erst an. Frühstück 8-10.30 Uhr. Ansonsten ein gelungener Urlaub und auch die Preise für Getränke waren top. Dankeschön und weiter so!!"

"Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. "
