"Everything about the hotel and the stay was what you would expect at this price point. My objection is that when my husband and I had been asleep for about 45 minutes, our phone started ringing and when I answered it, I was told that there were complaints that we had loud music coming from our room. We’re in our mid 70s and loud music at that time of night is not something that would happen. I believe that a staff member should’ve come up to the room and listened at door to see what room...

"Disgusting property, carpets torn and cracked tiles in lobby, chairs torn in lobby, elevator worn out and very slow. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke, bathroom old and moldy, Bar/dining room chained off and closed. Save your frustration and go across the street to the Springhill ! 1000% better! How this place is still open is mind boggling!"

"The hotel was clean and in a nice area, room was nice and was clean. The only thing was I got a room on the second floor in the corner, the window was facing a wall with nothing to see, no sun no light and you can hear the toilet flush from the top room. Would I stay here again? yes I would but this time I would choose a different room."

"Overall, great rates, helpful staff and great location. Loved how this hotel was close to many different restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the marina and Palace of Fine Arts. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and can’t forget the number one was the free parking. Would definitely book here again!"

"There was absolutely no on-site parking. Available parking was half a mile away and $40 per day. The area of the hotel was extremely bad. The room did not come with a coffee maker, mini fridge, or microwave. The room also had very little privacy in the bathroom. I would give the hotel staff a 2 star due to lack of communication."
