"Was my first time in Madrid and hotel villa de Barajas was a amazing hotel upon arrival it was easy to check in also had a package delivered before I landed and they received it and gave it to me when I arrived staff from all shift were nice answered every question I had when asked every morning the cleaning staff left everything good always switch out every towel etc the area was also nice so many restaurants around little shops all 5 min walking distance or less over all amazing experience and...

"Stayed three nights at the end of a Camino walk. The location was excellent; steps from the commuter train stop, walking distance to major and less major attractions. The room was clean, large and comfortable. We initially were assigned an interior room, but on request were given a room with view of the plaza, busy and probably a bit noisier, but good windows/balcony doors kept the noise down to a reasonable level. "

"For the price, it is unbeatable. Of course, it was good to read previous reviews, as you do have to obtain a code prior to entering the building. Cleanliness was superb, privacy was superb, in an amazing area, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful when i was dealing with minor issues regarding extending my stay. The customer service is easy to contact, and very quick to help. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were huge. It was overall, an amazingly good experience...
