"It was a very lovely hotel. The food and the room were just as shown in the photos. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and greeted us with smiles. I cannot speak English, but we were able to communicate using a translation app. One small issue was that the TV in one of the rooms we booked did not work. Also, the shower water was a bit lukewarm, which made it slightly difficult to use. Those were the only minor disappointments. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, centrally located, able to walk to Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum. Located off Gran Via. Lots of places to eat in the area. Staff were excellent in helping us as first time visitors to Spain with limited Spanish skills. I would recommend breakfast at the hotel; it had a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean."
