"Great location, beautiful apartment was a breakage fee think it was €200 which is returned on your card as soon as the room is checked. I left my passport staff emailed to say which was lucky! Would definitely stay here again. Pool bar was great also."

"Arrived at Pierre & Vacances Benidorm Horizon. For a 3 night break. Had to check in at main hotel to access the apartmen in the other block. The check in process was excellent everything was there for you to understand & acknowledge. We had use of the main pool outdoors & indoors & the gym. "Check in staff friendly and really helpful. Location was spot on with everything you need on the doorstep. A little dated, but clean and for the price paid you cant get any better. Will definitely be returning ☺️"

"Based on the photos online, we were excited about the trip. The view was great but considering we paid nearly £300 for 2 nights, the experience wasn’t so good. Room was tired, bathroom appeared dirty. The pool area wasn’t open. We couldn’t get drinks or access the terrace until 5pm. Breakfast was reasonable to good but on a whole, it’s wasn’t the stay that was portrayed in hotel pictures by a long shot. Staff basically couldn’t give a toss."
