"The rooms had nice toiletries in them but overall were basic. No kettle in the room which would have been nice and most photos show a kettle available. The hotel bar closes early leaving guests no opportunity to get a drink. The double bed had a broke foot and despite informing staff this was not fixed during the stay. "

"Wij hadden zij zicht op het strand dat was prima. Kamers waren schoon maar mag best een upgrade hebben. Douche in bad is niet meer van deze tijd. Voor een vier sterren hotel de koffie bar die op kamer zit werd niet aangevuld gedurende 8 dagen. Elke dag wel keurig de kamer bij gehouden en schone handoeken. Aan de bedden die zo hard waren dat je smorgen best hard waren."

"Power in bedroom cut out, spent an hour trying to get it back on, female receptionist was not helpful just said she'd tell the cleaner, appeared to find it amusing, this spoilt the overall stay. Poor customer service. Property in need of TLC but the breakfast was good, plenty of options. Close to strip."
