when I checked in, no one advised me that a needed to reserve a parking spot. i got there at 11PM and no parking available. Also the person at the front desk didn't show interest to resolve the issue. poor customer service.

Väldigt dåligt bemötande av städerskan. Vi hade ett penthouse med väldigt stora utomhusytor på två våningar. När städerskan kom valde vi att sätta oss i soffan på balkongen. Städerskan talade om för oss att antingen går vi eller hon. Extremt dåligt bemötande ! Hon skulle inte stöda takterrassen
