"Não ter água quente para um simples banho é inaceitável. Deveria ser critério para a comercialização do serviço pelo Expedia. Não tinha na nossa chegada - reclamei na recepção - que me avisou que chegaria a qualquer momento …. Saímos sem ter o mínimo necessário. NÃO RECOMENDO."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival, offering information about the area and advice for getting around. The cleaning/service staff were also very friendly and cheerful. The room was nice and large, nice big bed and all the useful amenities such as a mini fridge, hairdryer, soaps and shower gels etc. It also had extra pillows and a thick blanket in case the nights got chilly. The aircon was perfect and not too loud and night. We were on the top floor and there's no lift so bit...

"As far as central goes couldn't be better. Room was surprisingly big by European standards. Shower was great - good water pressure. Views from windows a little lacking but when built space between buildings wasn't very much. Overall good place to stay"

"The staff was very kind and helpful, and the hotel’s location was perfect for our visit. We especially enjoyed the unique experience of traveling by water buses, which made getting around even more enjoyable. While the room cleanliness could have been a little better, overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be a great choice for our visit."

"Simply perfect stay, walking distance, close to Academia ans Zattere pontons"

"Loved the quiet clean room with great bed. Shame the coffee machines were always not working properly whilst we were there."

"The location is superb. A short walk of about 5-8 mins from the train station, and located at a quiet lane, off the main street. Hence, room was relatively quiet and we could rest well at night. Our room is located at the 2nd floor of the opposite building and there is no lift. If you have issues with stairs, do make known to the hotel staff early so they can make arrangements to let you stay on the first floor. Room is relatively small but I think this is common among all boutique hotels in...

"Ok but location great"

"La ubicación esta excelente, a 5 minutos de la estación de tren. El cuarto estaba excelente, el único problema fue una fuga de agua que hubo en el baño pero el personal ayudó a solucionarlo rapido."

"Loved the Lift for luggage"
