Waterfront 3 bedroom home right outside North Toledo Bend State Park.

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom brick home is an ideal location for anyone looking for a nice, quiet and secure waterfront retreat. The home has high-speed internet and fully furnished with everything for all of your daily needs. Enjoy the glassed-in sunroom and multiple outdoor seating areas all overlooking beautiful Toledo Bend. The home sits just outside North Toledo Bend State Park which provides a boat launch, swimming pool, frisbee golf, hiking trails and other amenities.

The first thing fishermen will notice is the easy access to the property on all paved roads. The home offers a 2 car/boat covered carport with security cameras. Also available is a private boat house with 2 power lifts and an extra fishing area. The boat house is inside a deep water cove for year around boat house usage. The house is in the famous Blue Lake Area of the lake just inside San Miguel Bay. No reason wasting time idling because you will have boat lanes all the way to the boat house.

Great time had by old friends!

Everything was nice. Not true 3 bedrooms, have to walk through a bedroom to get to 3 rd bedroom. Advertised as 3 bedrooms, there are but not ideal! Beds are very comfortable.Area and lot is very nice.Good time had by all!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Everything was as described. Neat and clean. Plenty of room for my family to visit, eat meals together and sleep comfortably. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock and paddle boat. I had a question at the end of our trip and our host was so nice and responded quickly. We definitely will be returning

College Tournament

Our family stayed here for our kids college tournament on the bend. Very convenient to the North Toledo boat launch. We will stay here again when we have a tournament. The description of the property listed was very accurate.

Birthday celebration

We rented the property to celebrate my husbands 83rd birthday. We were there from Friday - Monday. At one time or another all of the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren visited to say happy birthday to Paw. We loved the roominess of the house, it was very comfortable and clean. The sun porch and the deck were served those who did not want to go to the boat house. The little ones enjoyed fishing from the boat house area. The neighborhood was guiet and peaceful. The only negative we saw was the steps leading from the carport to the house. We both have minor issues with orthopedic problems. Our family members helped with that. Otherwise, the property was great, and we do recommend it. We will return and we will tell others about the property.

My friends and I had a blast! House was well kept and had everything we needed. Perfect location being middle of the lake. We caught a lot of fish and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We will be back next year!

High School Bass Fishing Fun

First, the property is in a great location with access to San Miguel and the main lake. It's in a great location because you can make the run north or south about equally and near N. Toledo Bend State Park launch. The house was perfect for our big group of captains, anglers, and friends to participate in the LA Youth Bass Nation High School Tournament. We had terrific sleeping accommodations (beds are amazing), towels, common areas, and stock of all essentials one might need for a stay away from home. The property was adequate for many vehicles, boats, and access where we needed. The dock with 2 lifts, walkway, and cleared bank area made mooring our boats easy. Lastly, Tim and Jennifer, the owners, were an absolute pleasure to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. Tim was available anytime I called or messaged and made our visit to his home extremely easy and enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your home with us, and we are sure to be back sometime.
