Very tricky crawling into the bed from the end, no bedside tables, no place to put a glass of water or a book, absolutely no room on either side of the bed as it is built in. Hardly any place to open up a suitcase."

"The staff was amazingly pleasant and friendly, from the front desk people (all of them from check-in to me asking for ice mid stay (& instead of just saying you can ask the bar, actually got up and got it for me) to checkout) to housekeeping who gave us some extra NONdecaf coffee (lol—who drinks decaf—haha) . "The Hotel is 15 to 20 minute walk from city centre It’s on very busy street. The air conditioning is the same temp for the whole building. We left the windows open which helped cool the room. If it was really hot might not be a good situation. The front desk was helpful but not overly zealous. Breakfast was 17 per person. Not worth it in my opinion. It’s a 30 Euro ride to the airport you could take the train and a taxi from the train station, not sure it would work out much different. ...

"Beautiful historic hotel. Excellent location. Great concierge and front staff and doormen. Our room was a bit dated and lacked enough space and storage to be comfortable; the room could be reimagined. The room light controls were clunky and the entertainment system could use an upgrade. Restaurant and bar service were not always consistently excellent. For the price point, my expectations were a bit higher."

"Excellent location! Like that it’s nestled away from the noise of Rembrandt Square. Staff was helpful in getting tv fixed. Does not have fridge or small amenities like disposables which I for once needed but didn’t want to go downstairs and ask staff. Reconstruction was occurring so hardly checked out the communal areas."
