The view was as advertised - we were lucky in the off season to have very nice weather so every night we feel asleep with moonlight hitting the sea right outside our balcony. Two bits of advice is you book here - first, if you're walking from the train station, take the staircase on the right just before you would walk through the tunnel between new town and old. "Jo was very responsive and the photos in the listing are accurate. We have been to Manarola previously and were very pleasantly surprised with the walk up to the property. No steps, rather a well paved walkway to pull up suitcases. It is still uphill, but much easier than the steep stairs. Plus, the view walking up and when reaching the sea is worth every step. "
