Two single beds (can be combined into a double) with its own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for additional guests.
Spacious Living Room & Fully Equipped Kitchen:

The living room boasts a cozy seating area with a Smart TV (Netflix included) and breathtaking views of the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a Dishwasher, Ceramic Hobs, Electric Oven, Espresso Coffee Maker (Nespresso), and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.
Additional WC: For added convenience.

House Rules
Check-In: 15:00 | Check-Out: 10:00
Late check-out available upon request and subject to availability (additional charges apply).
Maximum Occupancy: Up to 6 guests.
No Pets Allowed – Due to health regulations and hygiene policies.
No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is allowed on outdoor terraces and balconies.
Quiet Hours: 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm and 11:00 pm – 7:00 am as per Greek Law 3/1996.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
Cleaning Service: Provided every 3-4 days for stays longer than 4 days.
Linen & Towel Change: Every 3-4 days. Pool towels and bathrobes changed once a week.
Swimming Pool Maintenance: Checked and cleaned three times a week during peak season and twice a week otherwise.
Safety & Responsibility
Pool Safety Rules:
Always supervise children.
No diving or running around the pool area.
Use non-breakable tableware around the pool.
Liability: Guests are liable for damages caused to the property, equipment, or facilities.
Right of Access: Management reserves the right to access the villa in exceptional circumstances for maintenance or safety reasons.
