"The staff are extremely friendly as we checked in and checked out, always greeted with the utmost respect. The room was perfect for our family, coffee & tea amenities. The only thing that needs upgrading is the workout room did not have any weights, only a treadmill, elliptical machine, cycling bike. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay! A+ Hotel! "

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean. The staff is friendly. The location was incredible. Walking distance to the train, a short walk to Akihabara, and still very quiet if you’re a light sleeper. The amenities were incredible - they even had hair straighteners and blow dry brushes! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip."

"Hotel is in the heart of the major shopping district. Rooms are well kept when service is needed. Staff appears friendly. Laundry is best done after hours with only 2 available machines. Not any amenities in the hotel but there are other hotels very close by for a dining experience. Overall good."

"Great stay overall with a few small misses We had a really solid stay at Hotel Kazusaya. The room was very clean, surprisingly spacious (especially for Tokyo), and had a great layout that made it easy to actually relax and not feel cramped. We had a double twin room. The staff were also very helpful and professional, and the location is excellent super convenient for getting around. A couple things could definitely be improved.
