Staff . service and access to restaurants was very convenient including direct access to the train station right from the building . Our room was on the 29th floor . Rooms were clean, spacious and had stunning views of Tokyo downtown . Reservations for the pool were required which gives you and your family private access to one hr of the pool. ! They also gave a restaurant on site serving Singapore cuisine but we did not eat...
