"Nice location close to downtown area and close to transportation. Quiet with very nice common areas, amenities and friendly staff. The AC in the room could not keep the room cool and the room was very cozy, so that was a surprise. "

"Hotel is in a lovely quiet and traditional area of the city. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms are a great size compared to chain hotels we have stayed at. Separate toilet and shower, tea, coffee and toothbrushes, razor kits. I can’t fault this hotel at all and would recommend staying here if you want somewhere close to town but away from the crazy."

"Everything is accessible near this hotel; food, markets, bus, drugstore, restaurants, you name it. Room is a bit smaller than those in APA hotels for example but it isn't an issue. Check-in is at 4 pm contrary to other hotels that are at 3 pm. Great staff and the place is very clean."

"The Onyado is a good choice for families who want to do the onsen experience with their kids combined with a hotel stay. Capsule hotels are usually off limits for younger kids, while co-ed onsen places require swimwear and don't offer the full experience in a kid-friendly environment. "位置在京都站的後站，相較於前站安靜很多，出站之後2分鐘步行就到了。房間沒有特別大，但因為體貼的設計使用上非常舒服。樓下就是7-11，aeon mall走路5-8分鐘即到，非常方便！備品也很貼心，可以自行取用。唯一小缺點是隔音稍稍不好，安靜時能聽到樓上的腳步聲。"

"Very nice staff and laundry facility to wash our clothes! Really good Italian restaurant connected to this hotel! Many eateries all around and lots of bars too! Kid friendly and adult friendly! So many shops to shop in! The room is spotless! I love the shampoo and body wash products! Their face wash is amazing and face cream! Love the tea living room in the lobby area too! Good selection on tea’s! "
