"I highly recommend this place for travellers in Hangzhou. The service is unmatched. Most staff speak English. They’re always available for help!
It’s in a great location with the night market just steps away. It’s a pleasant walk to West Lake.
The hotel is very new and modern. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and offered a huge variety of very fresh food."
