"非常糟糕的一次入住体验。5个房间8位客人，入住花了2小时。其中碰上护照还错，二个房间给了相同的一个房间房卡，造成二位80岁的老人等待酒店更正错误发放正确房卡，站立时间超过30分钟以上。酒店房间浴室顶墙皮脱落，酒店员工给我明显感觉有歧视，沟通过程中有威胁语气，工作效率低下，感觉管理非常混乱。"

"Convenient location 15 minutes outside of Cambridge, new hotel in a new neighbourhood. Great staff, very good facilities. One recommendation is to request the couch/sofa that converts to a bed, the other option is uncomfortable."
